The natural cider RIBANORA is the result of the careful selection of different apple varieties,Regona,Raxo,D.Tresali. These are grown on farms under contract to us ,alongside the river Nora, in the heart of Asturias. This is also where production takes place and hence the name of this cider.
The optimum moment to crush the apples with which RIBANORA is made is alter the second week of November. The apples are then left to macerate for a few hours after which they are pressed in the pneumatic press at low pressure and the apple juice is extracted.Slow fermentation, ,maturation and a slow filtering under controlled pressure and temperature complete the process for the production of this special natural cider. With 6ºA ,it`s a light cider,adequate for any occasion.

Crunchy fresh and clean apple aroma. Straw coloured with green reflections. Mildly sharp flavour with slightly astringent aftertaste and a pleasant sparkly sensation are it`s main organic qualities.
Serve in a large glass at a temperature of around 8ºc. This will enable you to enjoy it at its best. Aperitifs,fowl,light meats,cheese and especially seafood are its best accompaniments.
